The Metropolitan Museum recently installed a Jenny Saville painting called Still (2003) in the first floor of the modern art wing.
It is huge - 108 x 144 1/8 in. (274.3 x 366.1 cm). I just wish the lighting was better but maybe that will change in time. With its cool palette the painting seems like a serene abstraction up close but then becomes disturbing as you move further away. Impressive stuff.
